Angie and Theresa’s mind meld is at it again.

This week, Theresa starts things off by telling the morbid history of a PNW landmark, Mcmenamins Edgefield Hotel. It starts off as a poor farm on what is now the Oregon Zoo, and moves to Troutdale, where it became one of the most haunted places in the nation.

Angie takes up the baton of the macabre as she shares about body snatching and how it led to the Doctors’ Riot of 1788. It’s a dark tale centered mostly in the US, but she does touch on the history of stealing dead people to advance medicine and touches on Burke and Hare.
